A regular telegram bot and tdlib user bot talk with base64.
Each listens to some udp port and sends recieved packets to other.
After recieving a message, bot will send it to last contacted port.
I was able to use http proxy through it but was quickly rate limited by telegram api.
I wrote a basic shader launcher in C but i didn't wanted to use any libraries other than glfw and glew
and because other formats seemed too complicated i used QOI format for textures because i already had experience with it.
For some reason normal qoi images crashed my program.
